Exchange & Return Policy

We offer an exchange if the bag you receive has an issue caused by BagBreez or the delivery process, such as: Color change or significant color issue Damaged or defective bag Wrong product received Any other manufacturing or delivery-related issue In such cases, BagBreez will provide a free exchange, provided the issue is verified by our team.

For exhange product rider will come and take the product and then delivered the second corret product.

Please note our all bags has 1 Year warranty for material & Color.

Exchange Time Limit

All exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Requests made after 3 days may not be accepted.

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our return conditions.Since BagBreez offers an Open Parcel Before Payment facility, customers have the opportunity to open and check their parcel before making payment to the rider.

Therefore, if you have received the correct product and later decide that you do not want it,or size mentioned on website but you asumed wrong size at this condition no refund will be proessed .

The COD charges and applicable taxes will be deducted from your refundable amount.

The remaining eligible product amount will be refunded to the customer after the returned parcel is received and inspected.c
